François FORT:

François holds a PhD in Management Sciences from the Ecole des Mines de Paris and HDR University Paris Dauphine. It has been HRD for fifteen years in various contexts (public and private, French, Moroccan and American industries and services), always with a strong scientific, technology or innovation dimension. Professor- Researcher at the University Paris Dauphine, he teaches change management and he is Director of four research programs.

Emmanuel LAZEGA :

Doctor of the University of Geneva – Switzerland, Post graduate student at Yale University – USA, he is Professor of Sociology at Sciences Po Paris, member of the CSO-CNRS. He is also Senior Honorary Member of the University Institute of France. His research focuses on the dynamics of multi-level networks (individual and organizational), with a specific approach to scientific and technological networks. He is also working on business, finance, legal religions universes. He is part of the editorial board of the Social Networks and International Sociology review..He is the author of several key publications in the field of sociology of social networks, some of which are substantives and other methodological.

Warning : this seminar is not devoted to the use of social networks (Facebook, etc.); it does not use IT tools; it was designed by a think tank comprised of sociologists, consultants, public researchers from different disciplines, and Safran and Sanofi R&D managers.
