François Fort :

François holds a PhD in Management Sciences from the Ecole des Mines de Paris and HDR University Paris Dauphine. It has been HRD for fifteen years in various contexts (public and private, French, Moroccan and American industries and services), always with a strong scientific, technology or innovation dimension. Professor- Researcher at the University Paris Dauphine, he teaches change management and he is Director of four research programs.

Objectives :

Overview of the main approaches and tactics on change, the risks and key success factors; highlighting the specific contexts of public research and private R&D. Initiate a learning of the implementation of these tactics within research context.
This seminar is intended for both the world of public research and of private research. It may involve heads of institutions, R & D managers, laboratory managers, HR, Heads of valuation or innovation, CIOs, etc …
