François Fort :

François holds a PhD in Management Sciences from the Ecole des Mines de Paris and HDR University Paris Dauphine. It has been HRD for fifteen years in various contexts (public and private, French, Moroccan and American industries and services), always with a strong scientific, technology or innovation dimension. Professor- Researcher at the University Paris Dauphine, he teaches change management and he is Director of four research programs.

Objectives :

Understand the use of the « risk » management concepts in Research Projects management Initiatiationing the use of these approaches

Agenda :

  • Definitions, risk analysis systems
  • Handle the risks (work on an offset case from R & D realities, a case from an R & D consortium).
  • The diversity of risk
    • How to explain, evaluate the
    • Risks and corrective actions, « control panels »
  • The method of sensitivity and scenarios
  • Embed risk in roadmaps
  • Tree decisions / random (chance ?)
  • Decisions by options
  • Individual attitudes towards risk

Educational Methodology :

A mix of inputs and scenarios from real cases brought by participants, Workouts. Facilitators will also offer generic cases.
